What do you do to relax when you have some downtime?  Watch TV?  Read a book?  Play video games, sit on your phone on Facebook or some other game or social media?

The energy this week has been a little strange to say the least.  I did an energy alert the other day that still applies.  I went out today and came across a lot of people that were in a big hurry to go no where.  I am pretty sensitive to the energies ‘out there’ in grocery stores and in traffic, so I just put a purple flame around myself and my car and got myself home once my errands were done.

People that have no awareness of energies or of what planet earth is going through energetically are going bonkers.  They are so very uncomfortable.  I wrote about this years ago, and it is ramping up more and more all the time.  If you are reading this, you have at least some level of awareness that this 3D world is not ‘all there is’.  You need to take care this weekend to not engage the negative energy that a lot of people seem to be spewing.

My husband has been dealing with someone in his life for the last 24 hours that is kind of losing it.  She’s stressed out, and freaking out and appears to be completely irrational.  (everything is a matter of perception, so I am sure she has a different viewpoint ~ something like trying to control people and things that she cannot control?)

You have a choice.  You can try and control things that are out of control; or you can simply control yourself.  The choice is yours.  I can tell you 100% that it feels better to control yourself, but what you decide will be up to you.

This brings me back to relaxing your soul.  Your soul could probably use a break (as could your mind, heart and body).  So take it.  I suggest you DO NOT use electronics (video games, phones, PC’s, TV’s etc.) if you want to relax your soul.  It won’t have the desired effect.

What I do suggest is as follows:

9 Ways for You to Relax Your Soul this weekend (or anytime)

  • Go out for a walk in nature (better yet if it is near water ~ the negative ions are good for you in so many ways).
  • Take a nap
  • Read a book
  • Garden
  • Meditate
  • Sit in your yard or on your deck
  • Play with your kids
  • Play with your pets
  • Go for a ride (boat, horse, motorcycle ~ whatever your ride of choice is) ~ just avoid traffic

These are just a few suggestions, there are hundreds (or thousands) more ways you can relax.  The goal for this weekend is to relax in a way that nourishes and rests your soul.  You will feel so much better for it.  Whatever ‘chores’ you need to do will wait a few more days or till next weekend.

You don’t need to absorb the intense energy of other people by trying to force yourself into situations.  Listen to your inner guidance; the guidance that comes from your soul not your ego mind.  It will tell you this as well.
