Do you think that when people use the word &quot;should&quot; in a sentence it is reflecting a belief they have that is not actually theirs?
For example, when you are telling someone they &quot;should&quot; do something, you are projecting a belief you have onto them.  Alternatively, if someone is saying I &quot;should&quot; do this or that, they are taking on a belief of another person.

For me, when I hear this word in a sentence, it&#039;s like a trigger for me to step back and think, is this my belief or the belief of someone else.  I always try to stop and think about it.]]></description>
