I thought that this is what Tamara was saying, that most people can be skilled at being psychic, but there are people out there that have psychic abilities as a natural gift.

Military created the successful training programs for total “nones”, even I have created such training system. And it’s not just about meditation, that’s why most guides and books about psychic development fails to teach anything – they’re written by people who might know a lot about psychic skills, but have no idea as how they operate or how one can develop them.

If you know how to develop psychic skills, every single in-born psychic can become a child walking in dark, comparing to what you can achieve. What an in-born psychic can achieve when following the development techniques, that’s another story ;).
