Thank you Melissa, I am happy this helped.  It can be really hard to remember to take care of ourselves when we have others to focus on. It is an ongoing endeavour to remember to focus on self-love and self-care. Being aware each day helps.

Thanks for sharing your experience Rosie.  I think this yet again proves that the Universe gives us what we require - every time.  I&#039;m glad the post helped you.
One thing that you may find helpful when your mind will not be still is this.  Instead of trying to fight your mind, just let it ramble on for a little bit.  Up to 5 minutes if need be.  You can jot things down in a notebook if you think there is something important your mind has to say and you are afraid of forgetting it.  Once you have let your mind go on for a bit, then just quietly tell it &#039;thank you for your input&#039;, and tell it that it is now time for it to be quiet, it is time for you to listen to your heart.
This works well because when you try and fight your mind, it doesn&#039;t let go.  When you work with your mind, it allows it to calm down.
Focusing on deep breathing, with intention can also be helpful.]]></description>

Only because this morning I was doing a meditation (one of Deepak Chopra&#039;s latest in his 21-day meditation challenge), and I was having a really tough time with it.
