Yes, it can get pretty amazing when you realize there is so much more than what most people experience with just their minds and thoughts. Talk about going down the rabbit hole with all the quantum realities.
I really like Deepak Chopra, I have learned a lot from reading his books over the years.

He got us to close our eyes and to just notice what we are thinking about, and then he asked a question like “okay, now ask yourself..who is observing the thoughts?” and then when we did that, it became pretty apparent that we are not our thoughts, and I can’t remember where he went from there but it was an experience where we were led to discover that we are more than just our body, our feeling or even our thoughts.
