					<description><![CDATA[Yeah I hear ya.  It really makes no difference when you set a resolution.  It can be any day of the year.  The important thing is making a decision.

I actually do like taking some time in late December to reflect back on the previous year, and to check in with my intuition and to think about which areas of my life I want to put more focus on in the new year.

It&#039;s not so much your typical new year&#039;s resolution per-se, but rather just setting a focus and gaining more clarity on what I want.
