					<description><![CDATA[Yup, exactly.  You get what you focus your attention on.

You don&#039;t get what you want by focusing on what you don&#039;t want.

You don&#039;t solve a problem by focusing ON the problem, only by focusing on it&#039;s solution.

People sometimes say that if you&#039;re not looking at the problem, it means that you&#039;re being delusional and you&#039;re in denial.  That is not true.  There&#039;s nothing wrong with look at a challenge/problem that comes up for a moment which gives us the contrast to see what we don&#039;t want... but then we need to STOP looking at that problem and look for the solution.

Sitting there and STARING at the problem and complaining about it isn&#039;t going to solve it.
