I did a short video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nlou0DrEtuA with a few tips for staying in your own energy. Its important to clear yourself out regularly when you have been around other people (or even talking to them on the phone or online).
Be firm with the energies just as you would if you were in-person with someone who was physically getting too close. You can do the energy work with the power of your imagination and intention.
