How to throw a love ball!

Okay, so we all have negative people in our life.  If we have done our “work” we might not have very many negative people around us, but it is inevitable that at some point you will come across someone who is less than loving.

Here is a way to instantly change the energy.  The first time I tried this was in Walmart.  There was a woman behind me in line and she was just emitting this horrible energy.  It also showed in her face and in how she was interacting with other people.  Being a psychic and an empath it was pretty uncomfortable just being near her.  There was no where I could go, I was stuck in the checkout lineup feeling her awful energy.

So, what do you do if you find yourself in a similar situation?

Make a Love Ball of course!  Here’s how:

• Firstly, take a deep breath, or two or 10, it doesn’t need to be overly obvious, just so you can really feel it (essentially, just keep up with a bit of deep breathing).
• Now you are going to ground your energy, this can be done really quickly by imagining there are roots coming out from your tailbone and feet that go deep into the earth.
• Then, feel Source energy coming down in through your crown chakra.  Just imagine it coming into your whole being and Aura.  Imagine being encircled in loving Source Energy.
• Focus on your heart chakra.  Allow the Loving Source Energy to pool around your heart centre.
• Now, this is the cool part….imagine that there is a ball of love energy that comes out from your heart and with your imagination, throw it right at the other person.  (if you have ever seen the TV show Charmed that was on in the 90’s it’s just like that ~ just without the hand movements).

All that is left is to watch the person’s energy change instantly.  When I tried it with the woman in Walmart she immediately smiled at me and her whole demeanor changed.  I didn’t even have to turn all the way towards her and look right at her to throw the love ball.  I just turned sideways so I could see her out of the corner of my eye.

You have to try this, it is really cool.

This works for everyone.  Neighbours, people in stores, other cars if you are driving, spouses, kids.  There are no limits.  Don’t do it to manipulate anyone, after all love doesn’t manipulate, it loves.

Take note that some people really can’t handle love energy.  Hard to believe but it’s true.  What will happen in the case of someone who doesn’t know what to do with love energy, is they will usually leave your space.  It makes them so uncomfortable to have love thrown at them they just have to get out of there.
