Rebirthing and Patience – August 24, 2022 Energy Update

There is a LOT of anxiety out in the Collective right now and many of us are feeling it. So, whenever you can bring yourself back into the moment, and focus solely on your present: your breath, your joys, your appreciation of THIS moment. There is a lot of uncertainty in our world, so trying to rush through things or focusing too much on your next steps might not end up being for your highest and BEST good.

Energy Update Key Messages

• There are a lot of new starts and beginnings of things; we are going through a rebirthing process.

• BE PATIENT, IT IS GOING TO BE OKAY. Don’t rush things, don’t rush through your decisions; rebirthing is a process that takes time. You don’t want to end up with second-rate things or things you didn’t bargain for.

• YOU ARE SAFE.

• You need to stay in your own energy; stay in your heart space. Focus on that and expand that energy outward into your aura; disconnect energetically from the heavy energies of others and release it back to them.
