How I Beat My Depression
Many people will tell you that depression is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. It is not. It starts with your thinking, gets followed up by your energy, gets exacerbated by the circumstances that appear in your life (because of your thinking), and then your brain starts to change. It gets a new ‘set point’. It’s like “what came first the chicken or the egg”? What came first the thoughts, the depression or the changes in the brain chemistry?

Can You Feel The Change Coming?
need to say again THIS DOES NOT FEEL LIKE ANYTHING NEGATIVE. It feels like a fresh start, or just something really really DIFFERENT. Like a massive shift is on the horizon but maybe the exactness of “how it will manifest” or “what it will look like” is not set in stone or something.
If I could give you one suggestion based on the following message: “Don’t worry, it will be okay, things are changing, and change is good”. The suggestion would be go to your heart.
Don’t Feel Bad For Feeling Good
Change can be HARD. I have seen a lot of hard changes, both in my personal life and in the lives of my clients. When a BIG change is needed, and it’s not happening, or being ‘allowed’ by the participants, sometimes the universe takes over to change things for us. It is in answer to our prayers, it just doesn’t look like it as we are going through it.
