You have things you need to let go of to allow positive changes to occur, and it might just be your thinking.
We are in a great time of change.
We have so many opportunities right now to make and allow for very positive changes in our lives.
Are you listening to your intuition though?
Things around you aren’t going to change unless you change something. Sitting and wishing that things would be different simply isn’t working.
Choosing Positive Change To Get Un-Stuck
I’ve talked to a lot of people lately that are feeling stuck. What I’m noticing with many of them is that they feel a need to move/change something, yet they are unwilling to do it. Or they think they are unable to do it.
If you tell yourself you CAN’T do something, you are right. If you are wiling to just make a decision to change, and then start by imagining the change, ask yourself how you might go about it if you were to change. What might it look like if things were different?
Sometimes this will have to do with other people, or a work or home situation. It really can be any type of situation. We get feelings of being stuck when we wish things were different than they are. But we don’t make any changes, no matter how small to allow things to be different.
Some of you are thinking that there is something you NEED that is outside of you. It feels like some of you may be saying, “I need this person (or thing, or change to happen, or something to be different) in order to do/feel ____________.
Creating Space for Positive Change Through Acceptance and Moving Forward
You are a very powerful creator, you do not need any person, thing or situation in order to have the life you want. You may need to let go of a person, thing or situation in order to have the life you want. But you don’t need any of them/it to change in order for you to change.
This doesn’t always mean you need to ‘get rid of’ or ‘let go of’ the actual thing, it means that you need to change your thoughts and vibrations around it. Sometimes you simply need to be in acceptance of what is, and then move forward from there and make changes in baby steps. For example, starting with your thoughts/feelings.
Most of your fears are not from the NOW. Most of your fears are from before. Whether it is from this lifetime or a past lifetime memory. If you are feeling fearful, become very aware of why you are fearful. You may need to look back at your life and see where in the past something happened that made you fearful. You can also look at your past and see where you were fearful and things worked out. You are here now, if they didn’t work out you wouldn’t be here now.
Body Meditation and Positive Change Practice
You can even have a practice where you sit and get present in your body, observe how you feel. Introduce a thought, how does that thought feel in your body? Does it make you tense? Relaxed? Try relaxing your body and changing that thought, how does that feel? Your body will tell you.
I think the biggest thing that your peeps want you to know, is that YOU can do this! You need to take your focus off of other people, and put the focus back onto yourself. If you are uncomfortable, what can YOU change FOR you? If you ARE comfortable, keep up the good work!
