I know that you may know this already, but it bears repeating: our manifestations always show us where our vibrational set point is pointing to whether we pay attention to it or not. Because our manifestations are created from our dominant vibration, not just our thoughts.

Your vibrational set point is where your default bank of most intense thoughts AND emotions lie. Understanding where your vibrational set point is at any given time is the key to mastering your vibration and achieving vibrational alignment with what you really DO want. Once you know where on the scale of emotional vibrations, you can choose to change or reset your vibe.

Sometimes, media, a person, or an event can throw us off our vibe for a bit. But it’s our beliefs and thoughts that create our emotional vibration. The good news, the empowering news is that we have the power of choice here. We get to CHOOSE just how long we want to continue thinking the same low-vibe thoughts. Interesting fact: It only takes 67 seconds of attention on any topic or feeling ~ good or bad, positive or negative ~ to change your vibration in that moment. So, if you find that you keep reverting to a negative thought loop about something, ask yourself this question next time, “Does this thought FEEL rewarding?” If not, tell yourself, “No reward,” the next time your focus shifts to that negative loop. You may find it easier to shift your thoughts (and your vibe) this way
