This post is the fifth in a series. Meditation for the 5th, Throat Chakra.
These meditations should be done in order. You should have now meditated on the Root Chakra, The Sacral Chakra, the Solar Plexus Chakra and Heart Chakra.
Throat Chakra Attributes
– Located in the throat
– Colour – blue, like the sky.
– The physical attributes of the Throat Chakra: Thyroid, regulating metabolism, communication, neck throat jaw, upper lungs.
– The Fifth Chakra has to do with surrender. Personal vs. divine will. Speaking our truth. Speaking and truly hearing others. You need to hear and be heard.
I don’t understand how to do this and I need to had another bad day today it started out with me getting a speeding ticket for 195.00 which I didn’t need.
Please help me understand how to do this.

This one is to ground and clear your energy. I think it will help, you are quite ungrounded right now. Just sit and close your eyes and listen and imagine. It is about 10 minutes.
When I do the Chakra Meditations I start them when I go to bed and let myself fall asleep to them (although you don’t have to sleep through them).

Do one Chakra at a time.
Each Chakra has a sound associated with it and these audio’s will help to balance and heal them. When you listen just focus on your root chakra and let the audios do the rest. You do need to start with your root chakra though, the audios are intended to be done in order. Listen to the Root chakra one as many times as you need to (either in a row, or once a day is fine… whatever you feel like doing).
