This post is the seventh (and last for now) in a series.  The 7th Chakra, Crown Chakra is your connection to source and your higher self.

These meditations should be done in order.  You should have now meditated on the Root Chakra, The Sacral Chakra, the Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra and Third Eye Chakra.

Crown Chakra Attributes

– Located at the crown of your head: Our connection to Source.
– Colour – Violet.
– The physical attributes of the Crown Chakra: Cerebrum (responsible for higher brain function such as thought and actions), pineal body which produces melatonin and regulates our sleep/wake cycles.
– The Seventh – Crown Chakra is our connection to Source. Our sense of knowing that we are a part of a bigger energy than just ourselves. The sense of “I Am”.
