This is the third meditation in the blog post series of Healing the Chakras meditations. The Third Chakra is the Solar Plexus Chakra.
You should have done the Root Chakra meditation, and the Sacral Chakra meditation first.
Solar Plexus Chakra Attributes
– Located in upper belly, below the breast area.
– Colour is yellow.
– The physical attributes of the Solar Plexus Chakra: Pancreas (insulin secretion, blood sugar balance), liver and digestive system, lower back.
– This Chakra has to do with our sense of self. “Honouring yourself”. Self worth, self esteem, empowerment, purpose.
