How often do you find yourself saying those words? To yourself or to other people?
Did you know that people who are truly okay with who they are and what they are, almost never say those words. EVER.
The ones who use that phrase the most are the ones who are most impacted by what other people think or say about them. If you are okay with yourself and allow yourself to be you, and express yourself the way you want to, those words don’t normally cross your mind. You are vibrationally congruent with your own life and who you are.
Those words (I don’t care what anyone else thinks) come with a huge energetic frequency of “I’m not okay, but I’m not going to tell anyone I feel like that, I will just disengage from those people who might think badly about me.”
We all care to a certain degree what other people think of us. It is part of being human.
I can’t remember the last time I said those words though (or even thought or felt them). Not because I am any better than anyone else, I know I’m not. Its because I ‘came out of the psychic closet’ decades ago and in order to do that I had to be okay with me. Before I truly embraced my psychicness, I kept it hidden and when I did “let the cat out of the bag” and someone judged me harshly, I said “I don’t care what people think!” ~~ yet of course I did, or I would have put myself right out there sooner.
Like I do now. For the past few years I have been writing about what I do and sharing what I channel, and putting it all out there for the whole world to see. Not because I don’t care what other people think, but because I am quite simply, okay.
How do I Be “Okay” With Who I am? And How Can You Be?
I work on my own vibration constantly. I am an empath, and even those of us that are NOT empaths are bombarded on a daily basis about what is ‘right’ or ‘normal’ or what we should be or should do. Its hard not to care at least a little bit.
I meditate every single day at least once, usually twice, and I clear my energy and keep my vibration as high as I can at any given time. What this gets me is that I attract people into my life that are like minded (that are vibrating at least close to where I am vibrating).
People who are jerks almost never show up in my reality. I don’t have people saying things that offend me, so I don’t have the need to say ‘I don’t care what they think’.
I also know and acknowledge that everyone has their own path and their own point of view, so I am not easily offended by strangers.
The more focus you put on the dense or negative energy that you see, the more you will get. That’s it. The more you say I don’t care about these people, the more of these people you will get ~ you share a vibration with them.
I remember a few years ago, I had a mentor that said “If you don’t have haters, you haven’t made it yet”. Well, I hadn’t had haters up to that point (a couple people who didn’t totally believe in psychic’s but not haters). Well, shortly after I guess I ‘made it’ because all of a sudden I had all kinds of people hating on me and all kinds of difficult clients. I couldn’t figure out what was going on. Until I realized what was running through the back of my head (my subconscious mind), that my mentor had taught me.
As soon as I realized it, I was like, WTH have I done! I acknowledged what happened, and I went back to being me.
If you find that you keep saying to yourself I don’t care what other people think, it may just be time to re-evaluate how you feel about yourself and let yourself BE the wonderful you that you came here to be.
If you don’t hate on you, then no one else can either. And yes, it really is that simple.

Hi Tamara, great points. If I keep saying that I don’t care about these people…the more I attract these types of people. We seem to have a need to confirm that we don’t care when in reality it irritates us deep down inside.
If we really don’t care what people think, it won’t affect us we and we won’t feel the need to mention it.
Thanks for the reminder Tamara.
