Holy Smokes!!! Have you felt this energy over the past week? Hope you are all hanging in there. This drama will hopefully calm down a little in the next couple of days, but I think we might be in for a little bit more. I will talk about this a lot more in my August Energy Forecast 2022 video below.
It is so important to focus on yourself and keep yourself as calm and stress-free as possible, lest you get too stressed out to think straight. The vibration of the planet is increasing, as is the vibration of many people here – the planet is headed into the 5th-dimensional energies (higher vibrational energies, higher consciousness). This is making some people very uncomfortable.
There are some folks on earth that aren’t allowing the rise in vibration and they can sometimes get really emotional (negatively) and seem irrational. It can also make people distracted and/or impatient. This can lead to stressful interactions. If we can keep our own vibration high and not fall into the frustrating energies of the lower dimensions (3rd Dimensional Energy), we will be fine.
There are also some people who have “perceived” power (money and influence mostly), that want to keep it that way so the media etc. is flooded with things to try and make us feel powerless. Once we realize that our power comes from within, nothing external really bothers us all that much.
I must say, I am glad I do my own energy work for and on myself so regularly or I would be feeling a lot more pressure just now ~ Energy work sure works in mysterious ways and can occur in an instant or be a sort of relay. It powerfully clears out and heals stuff from your present life, old karmic, past life and ancestral stuff for you to release and move forward in your life, so that you can feel better and Better and BETTER physically, spiritually, and/or emotionally. You might feel a complete absence of your old discomfort. Or it creates space for the right people to come into your life to assist you with your growth and healing. For the inspiration/intuition to come through you for you to know how to support yourself better. Or all of the above. ~ I have pretty much changed enough over the last couple of decades that I am more able to go with the flow of whatever life brings now. It took me years to get here. So, no matter what stage of your journey you are in, keep going, it is soooo worth it in the long run!
