I’ve had and shared this short, guided meditation as an audio for years and finally turned it into a YouTube video for my Energy Clearing and Healing Sessions and YouTube channel. It is less than 2-minutes long, so you can breathe and listen to it on your coffee break, lunch break or whenever you need it. I have intentionally kept it very short so that there won’t be a barrier for you creating the time to listen to it.
You may wish to use this meditation as an introduction to your own longer meditation practice. Or just on its own. Remember you are Love, Love is light, Light is love. You are eternal and limitless, a beautiful glowing part of all that God Source IS!
